United Analyst and Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. (UAE) is a Thai-owned environmental consulting company founded in 1990, with more than 35 years of continuous operation. UAE was established as one of Thailand's pioneering privately owned high-technology analytical laboratories by a team of environmental scientists, biologists, and chemists.

Today UAE provides end-to-end environmental services (One Stop Service) across eight core areas:

Laboratory Capability

UAE conducts laboratory testing using more than 1,300 analytical methods based on both national and international standards, while also developing customized analytical methods to meet specific client requirements. Our laboratory services cover environmental testing across more than 5,000 analytical parameters, supporting government regulatory compliance as well as the diverse needs of public and private sector clients.

• Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for more than 400 accredited testing scopes by three national accreditation bodies:
  • Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI)
  • Department of Science Service (DSS)
  • Department of Medical Sciences (DMSC)
• Registered as a private analytical laboratory with the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), covering more than 400 pollutant parameters for wastewater, groundwater, stack emissions, soil, and waste analysis.
• Supports more than 13 sample matrices, including specialised analytical services such as ambient air VOC analysis and odour concentration measurement.

• Registered organisation for workplace environmental monitoring and analysis (hazardous chemicals, heat, lighting, and noise), certified by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
• Licensed pollution control system operator (juristic person) for wastewater, air pollution, and industrial waste treatment systems, authorised by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW).
• Licensed wastewater treatment system operator (juristic person), authorised by the Pollution Control Department.
