On November 7th, 2019 Ph.D.Pattama Teanravisitsagool, Deputy Secretary-General Development of Thailand was chairman of the opening of the 2nd opinion seminar for "Strategic Environmental Assessment: SEA" United Analyst and Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. (UAE) by Dr.Pornwipa Klangsin, Project Manager with Dr.Vithet Srinatr, Strategic Environmental Assessment Specialist participated the seminar and joined the lecture in the topic "Knowledge Creation, Technical Proposal and SEA Process" at Prince Palace Hotel.
